Ground Floor

LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN / POOL / JACUZZI / BBQ

The impressive kitchen is furnished with the Italian company Galleys. It is integrated with LPG Miele, the bench is made out of raw silver and the cupboards contain wood details also from Galleys. Fully equipped with a Whirlpool oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, espresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to create a tasty breakfast.

The kitchen also contains a spacious inox refrigerator, a buffet made out of black marble, and a large painting by the famous Greek painter Stathopoulos. Opposite of the kitchen there is a large monastery table with minimal striped black and white chairs.

1st Bedroom

The ground floor bedroom with wooden handmade flooring carries a wardrobe cabinet with oval finishes and owl border by the wall. The bedroom with two King Size beds, bedside tables, a Victorian-style toilet (Grada Interiors) and a library from a personal collection.

The minimal style continues in the black and white bathroom all made of marble that includes washing machine, cabin shower, hairdryer, razor socket and a beautiful sea view from the windows.

1st Floor

On the first floor, there is a black luxurious tile above the underfloor heating, luxury corner sofa in grey, black and white hue, a large black table on vintage style. Beautiful matt marble fireplace with stone figures on the walls next to it. Breathtaking sea view also here, the huge glass windows let the eye travel over the Cretan sea. Each space has its own spacious balcony ready to accommodate every company's tables.

All the balconies of the house have large dimensions and the amazing view of the pool and the Cretan sea. Glass rotunda table in the dining room with leather black chairs. Next to the dining there is a room that serves as an auxiliary kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The wonderful oval mirror is set in the WC of this room.

2nd Bedroom

The hallway before you enter the 2nd bedroom is decorated with a linen sofa and one huge mirror from personal collection. Asymmetrical roof, round skylight above you and breathtaking view.

The bedroom has a minimal sofa, vintage style blue wardrobe, bathroom with a different design, grey forged cement, a shower cabin and a wooden bath furniture with marble wash bowl. All the hygiene items of the house are made of porcelain from the known company Galazio Italy.

2nd Floor - Master Bedroom

This Bedroom includes a large king-size bed with a white wooden headboard in vintage black style while next to the bed are white cupboards.

The room has its own private bathroom with a beautiful black mirror and a large round bathtub for unforgettable moments.

4th Bedroom

The room is equipped with skylight view, private bathroom, wonderful wallpaper, unique white lamp. Decorated in white tones the bedroom gives you a purity feeling.

At night time resting either one of the two beds you can relax while watching the stars out of the window.

Exterior

Villa Dima is located in the bay of Agia Pelagia and just 800m from the center. At the top of a hillside surrounded by its olive grove, it gives you direct access to the provincial road and the Heraklion-Rethymno highway for any transportation on the island. Feel the unlimited freedom around the mountains of Crete and the breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea which is accessible from all the rooms (interior and exterior) but also from all the floors and balconies.

All the courtyards around the house have landscaped gardens with plants and trees of Crete such as mulberries, pine trees, olive trees, roses and many others.
Villa Dima is just 16km from Heraklion city and 16km from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport, 13.2km from Heraklion Archaeological Museum, 17.8km from Knossos, 13.3km from the port of Heraklion, 5.3km from the Museum of El Greco in Fodele.

Pool

The swimming pool is made in such a way that it gives you the feeling that you become one with the sea. The pool's glass protectors do not deprive in any way the magnificent view of the deep blue Cretan Sea and the island Dia. The wooden floor of the huge courtyard makes you feel the nature and the warmth of the sun inside it while you walk or lie on it.

The pool area has deluxe wooden pool chairs, a monastery table nearby and waterproof armchairs that can host all the guests.

Jacuzzi

Going up the white staircase we see the luxurious Jacuzzi –Mona Lisa– one of the best in the market with 6-seater capacity and many different programs such as whirlpool, and the night lights make it look like a disco ball!

As you enjoy the Jacuzzi the sea view is unique, with direct contact to the pool.

BBQ

The BBQ place is minimalistic and is made in Cycladic islands style. The place is decorated with a comfortable sofa, a marble table, a wood oven and a retro trough built from Moroccan tiles. Surrounded by the olive grove, the bbq place gives you coolness and shade in the hot summer.

From the BBQ starts the white staircase that leads to the Jacuzzi tub and gives the feeling that it hangs over the olives. This area of 200m2 outdoor space has direct contact with the pool and its view is shocking.
